Welcome to Orbiary. By using the app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview
Orbiary is a personal journaling app that allows users to record thoughts, emotions, and memories using text, photos, and audio. The app is intended for personal use only.
2. User Content
All content you create within the app (including notes, photos, and audio recordings) is stored locally on your device. You are fully responsible for the content you create, store, or share.
You agree not to use the app to create or store content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
3. Data Storage & Responsibility
Your data is stored on your device and is not backed up to external servers by the app.
We do not guarantee that your data will always be available or free from loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if needed.
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy. The app does not share your personal content with third parties.
Anonymous usage data and crash reports may be collected to improve the app experience. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.

5. Subscriptions
Orbiary may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the app for unlawful purposes
attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app
misuse the app in a way that could harm the service or other users
7. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, emotional distress, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
